Lower School SW16

Broomwood Hall Garrad’s Road’s home is a substantial detached Edwardian mansion facing the south-east side of the Common, a mile or so from Nightingale Lane. It was acquired by the school in 1998 and has since been totally renovated.

The building stands in a huge and beautiful garden of some 3/4 acre that contains a recently-built tennis court (serving as a hard play and games area during term times), climbing frame and sandpit.

It houses approximately 120 pre-prep children aged 4-8 in four year groups (Prep to Class 3) and is within easy walking distance of the Heaver and Telford Park Estates.
