Summer Fields Football Tournament 2009

Two teams of boys in Class 3 represented Broomwood Hall in the annual Summer Fields Under 8 Football Tournament. The whole-day event was held in Oxford, and 14 boys went with Mr Koekemoer and Mr McLennan. The A Team were undefeated until the semi final when they lost to the eventual winners. They ended the tournament in 3rd place out of 14 schools. The B Team were also very successful, also coming 3rd in their division. Congratulations to the teams and coaches, especially after playing eight games in an afternoon!
