Fiona Plummer completed a Diploma Course at the Cordon Bleu Cookery School, London in 1982. She graduated and started her career as an Assistant Directors Cook for a large commodities company in the City. She moved on to become Head Chef and was responsible for running a full time dining room for 3 to 300 people! After 8 years, Fiona went freelance to fit in with her young family. She ran a number of jobs, including business working lunches, corporate picnics, private entertaining and canapé parties.
Sarah Hall gained her diploma at Leith’s School of Food and Wine in 2000. Sarah then set up from home and spent two years catering for a wide range of events from dinner parties to weddings etc. During this period she also taught at Leith’s and started full time there in 2002. She has been a senior teacher at Leith’s since 2003. In 2004, Sarah started teaching the Leith’s Cookery Program to Class 7 girls at Broomwood.
