
Do you want to learn how to cook? Can you cook but lack the confidence to try new recipes and ideas? Broomwood Hall Cookery School is able to offer a superb teaching kitchen that can accommodate up to 14 students, each with their own workstation with oven and hob. After all the hard work in the kitchen, a light lunch or dinner can be enjoyed in the wonderful conservatory.
Fiona Plummer, Cordon Bleu trained, and Sarah Hall, Leiths trained, run cooking classes throughout the year. The classes have a maximum of 14 people per class and are a relaxed way of learning various cooking techniques and getting some recipe ideas for casual suppers to more formal dinner parties. Classes are open to all standards from complete beginners to more confident cooks!
