Our 'Men Only' cooking class turned out to be an incredibly entertaining evening for all. We had 12 fathers all arriving wondering what they had been booked into by their wives!
The challenge was a three course dinner that we could all sit down and enjoy at the end all in three hours.
The Menu was Tuna Carpaccio with s soy-mirin dressing
Herb crusted rack of lamb with a jus
Parsnip Gratin
Chocolate Fondants
It was all accomplished with a great deal of concentration, effort and banter. It was amazing to see the finished dishes and justfiably they were all very proud of their efforts and Sarah and I were lucky enough to eat the end result. We very much look forward to another evening soon.
